EDEN PRAIRIE
Earthwork and the construction of retaining walls along the southern reach of the light rail tunnel under Highway 62 continues, according to a a Southwest Light Rail Transit (SWLRT) July 9 press release. The tunnel connects the City West Station in Eden Prairie to the approach to the Opus Station in Minnetonka.
Prairie Center Drive, from Technology Drive to Singletree Lane: Ongoing bridge work will prompt Southbound and northbound lane closures through July.
The I-494 (west) off-ramp to Flying Cloud Drive is closed for the 2021 construction season. The I-494 (east) on-ramp from Flying Cloud Drive is expected to remain closed through the summer, according to the SWLRT press release. See Eden Prairie detour information.
Flying Cloud Drive between Town Center Place and Valley View Road. Single lanes in both directions will be open through the summer. Left turns in and out of Technology Drive at the Flying Cloud Drive intersection are not permitted through the summer.
Intersections from Flying Cloud Drive to Technology Drive and Viking Drive will remain open, subject to intermittent, short-term lane reductions.
Shady Oak Road/Highway 212. The westbound Highway 212 off-ramp to Shady Oak Road remains closed into the fall.

MINNETONKA
The westbound lane of Green Circle Drive near the Bren Road West intersection is closed through the 2021 construction season.
Smetana Road between Feltl Road and Nolan Drive is closed until later this summer. A bypass is in place east of the intersection of Smetana and Feltl roads to accommodate local traffic. See Minnetonka detour maps here.
