Elucent Medical’s new facility expands manufacturing space
Elucent Medical recently held a grand opening of its new facility at 7480 Flying Cloud Drive in Eden Prairie. The new facility expands manufacturing space for the medical device company, which produces technology tailored to deliver precision navigation during surgical oncology procedures, with a strong emphasis on optimizing breast and lung cancer surgery.
In addition to the expanded manufacturing space, the facility also includes a dedicated customer training center, which serves as a hub for physician-led clinical education through case series and hands-on product education for medical professionals from across the country.
“We are delighted to be part of the vibrant Eden Prairie community and look forward to creating new job opportunities for talented individuals here, while also growing our footprint nationwide,” said Rebecca Sands, human resources manager at Elucent Medical.
Winnebago Industries VP honored for diversity efforts
Jil Littlejohn Bostick, vice president of corporate responsibility and inclusion at Eden Prairie-based Winnebago Industries, as well as executive director of the Winnebago Industries Foundation, has been named a 2023 Top 15 Champion of Diversity by DiversityGlobal Magazine.
DiversityGlobal Magazine reports that Bostick developed and launched the “All In, Outdoors” strategy to support growing a diverse customer base for the manufacturer of recreational vehicles and motorboats (after the 2018 acquisition of Chris-Craft).
She has also partnered with organizations such as Camber Outdoors, Melanated Campout and the National African American RV’ers Association.
Deka Lash celebrates grand opening
Deka Lash Eden Prairie recently celebrated its grand opening. The business is located in the Town Square Shopping Center, in the southwest corner of the parking lots, around the Eden Prairie Center mall.
Deka Lash is a luxury eyelash extension and brow studio and is locally owned and operated by Matthew and Carlyn Rudberg. “I feel incredibly blessed to be launching our business in our hometown,” said co-owner Matthew Rudberg.
