On a chilly Oct. 7, the Eden Prairie High School’s performance team hosted its eighth annual Fall Showcase. The showcase featured teams from Edina, Blaine, Minnetonka, Holy Family, and Delano high schools.
The Eden Prairie Performance Team (EPPT) is an elite group of dancers who provide entertainment at school events. The showcase stands as a highlight of the fall season, offering teams an opportunity to display their talent and dedication.
“Though the 2023 fall showcase had a smaller group of teams than usual, it was a very successful day. We appreciate everyone that participated as well as attended the eighth annual fall showcase at Eden Prairie High School,” said EPPT head coach Emily Ophus. “It is always so exciting to see what other teams have been working on over the fall season, since we don’t typically have an opportunity to watch each other perform before the competition season begins. It is also fun to reunite with many dancers that compete in the same conference during the winter season. The showcase is a great way to bring dancers from all over the metro together for a day filled with the thing we all have in common and love: dance.”
