The Eden Prairie community is invited to the fifth annual Foundation for Eden Prairie Schools (FEPS) Red and Black Gala, supporting local students, teachers, staff, and volunteers.
Tickets are on sale now for the fundraising event, which takes place from 6 to 10:30 p.m. on Friday, April 12, at Bearpath Golf and Country Club.
Red and Black Gala attendees will get to mingle and chat over cocktails or mocktails, enjoy buffet-style food stations, and listen (and dance) to live music.
The event celebrates and honors EP Schools teachers, staff, volunteers, and students who have been named as 2024 Legacy Award winners and nominees.
A live auction featuring special items will take place at the gala and be accessible remotely. The online auction will be open from April 6 to 14.
Auction proceeds directly support FEPS’ positive impact on the EP Schools community. FEPS, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, provides grants to fund important educational projects not covered by school budgets. Grants typically support student mental health and school supplies for families in need and expand opportunities in STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) and literacy.
FEPS also provides college scholarships to deserving Eden Prairie High School (EPHS) students. Since its inception, FEPS has awarded over $1.5 million to Eden Prairie schools, teachers and students.
Anyone interested in sponsoring this event can contact Charlie Crocker, an EPHS alumnus and FEPS board member, at charliecrocker@foundationforepschools.org.
To donate items for the gala auctions or, learn more about FEPS’ programs, volunteer, or become a Corporate Mission Sponsor, contact Lisa Sisinni, FEPS’ executive director, at Lsisinni@foundationforepschools.
