Eden Prairie is seeking volunteers to ensure the success of Sparklefest and the 4th of July Hometown Celebration, according to City Manager Rick Getschow’s May 31 report to residents.
The city needs assistance with various tasks on July 3 and 4, including managing the information booth, sensory-friendly area, and kids’ bingo.
Volunteers who must be at least 14 years old can choose from 2-3 hour shifts. Participants will receive a parking pass and a T-shirt as a token of appreciation. Interested individuals are encouraged to sign up online.
