Eden Prairie Center has announced the addition of seven new tenants, including food and entertainment options. The new tenants are Northwoods Boutique, The Makers Den, Guy Mai Japanese BBQ/Ichiddo Ramen, Miniso, U.S. Army Career Center, The Game Show Studio, and Phenix Salon Suites.
Northwoods Boutique is now open seasonally on the mall’s lower level, near Target and Designer Shoe Warehouse, in suite 1210. The 4,470 square feet boutique offers seasonal products, including arts, crafts, handmade items, new and vintage decor, furniture, home goods, and holiday decorations.
The Makers Den is currently open on the upper level near AMC and the food court in suite 2300. Former schoolteacher Phillip Sexton owns and operates the 1,581-square-foot shop that offers 3D print products, services, and design classes for all ages.
Gyu Mai Japanese BBQ/Ichiddo Ramen are expected to open by early spring 2025. A 7,996-square-foot street-front space facing Flying Cloud Drive will be divided into two restaurants on the lower level of the entertainment wing in space 3040. Gyu Mai Japanese BBQ will feature do-it-yourself Japanese yakiniku barbeque, and Ichiddo Ramen will offer authentic ramen noodle soups along with other Japanese specialties.
Miniso, a variety store chain specializing in household and consumer goods, including cosmetics, stationary, toys and kitchenware, will open its second franchise store in Minnesota in January 2025. The store carries brands such as Harry Potter, Peanuts, and more. The 3,530-square-foot Eden Prairie location will be on the upper level of the mall’s Center Court.
A U.S. Army Career Center is slated to open in spring 2025 in a 1,178-square-foot space on the upper level near Kohl’s, in suite 2224. The location will be staffed by the U.S. Army Recruiting Company Minneapolis.
The Game Show Studio will open its second Minnesota location in a 4,009-square-foot space on the upper level of the entertainment wing in suite 2006 in spring 2025. It is an immersive entertainment experience that hosts corporate events, birthday parties, and Hollywood-inspired game shows for guests.
Phenix Salon Suites is expected to open in an outdoor space next to Gyu Mai Japanese BBQ in the summer of 2025. The 6,244-square-foot location will feature 35 salon suites for independent beauty professionals.
