St. Andrew Virtual Bread Baking 101 – Hot Cross Buns

Pat Day (Minnesota State Fair ribbon-winning baker) and Pastor Peter Johnson, St. Andrew Lutheran Church return for another session of baking classes over Zoom that allows for all participants to bake from their own kitchens and interact with the instructors. All are welcome. April 2, 9:00am – 1:00pm

Key to these sessions is the one-on-one attention from Pat Day and Pastor Peter. They will guide you from A-Z through the whole baking experience: introducing the overall bread baking process, the recipe, mixing the dough, kneading, panning, and baking. Zoom allows for interactions between participants, enhancing the learning experience.

Participants will receive a Zoom link, recipe, and other tips in advance of the session. They need to supply all baking supplies in their own kitchen including the recipe ingredients, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, baking pans, etc.
