Those iconic pink boxes laden with soft, sugary treats have made their way to Eden Prairie.
Crumbl Cookies celebrated the grand opening of its latest Twin Cities location on March 11. The Eden Prairie franchise can be found at 12575 Castlemoor Drive in Fountain Place — the same commercial complex that houses Home Goods and Sierra Trading Post.
Crumbl Cookies is the brainchild of cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley, who dreamed of creating the perfect chocolate chip cookie. The first Crumbl Cookies storefront opened in Logan, Utah, in 2017.
Today, Crumbl Cookies has 389 locations across the U.S., including nine in Minnesota.
Seven of those storefronts are in the Twin Cities metro and include locations in Maple Grove, Apple Valley, Eagan, Arden Hills, St. Paul, and Woodbury.
Each week, Crumbl Cookies offers a menu of 4-5 specialty flavors of their signature oversized soft cookies. Flavors rotate weekly, but the milk chocolate chip cookie is always available.
Recent menu items included Lucky Charms, Sea Salt Toffee, Mint Brownie, Peanut Butter Cookies & Cream, Cinnamon featuring Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cereal Milk featuring Pebbles Cereal, Chocolate featuring Reese’s Puffs Cereal and Cornflake Marshmallow.
Visitors who make their way inside Crumbl Cookies can not only see that week’s offerings and pick up some fresh treats, but they can also watch the cookies being made right in front of their eyes. That visibility, in addition to using high-quality ingredients, has been a key part of its playbook since Day One.
Crumbl Cookies also offers half-pints of their Crumbl Cream ice cream in flavors like Brownie Fudge, Cookie Dough Crunch, Peanut Butter Brittle, Raspberry Cheesecake, and Snickerdoodle.
Crumbl Cookies is open 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday. The shop is closed Sunday. Online ordering, curbside pickup, delivery, catering, and shipping are all offered.
