Buckthorn Removal Event at Edenbrook Conservation Area – East Entrance

Please join Friends of Eden Prairie Parks for our next buckthorn removal event at Edenbrook Conservation Area – East Entrance (across from 6601 Duck Lake Road).

This event will be cut-and-treat buckthorn removal. We will be using garlon daubers provided by the Eden Prairie Parks Department.

Each event will begin with a brief review of how to identify buckthorn and instructions on safe herbicide application. These events are open to family and friends, however they are not suited to children under 10. Some tools and extra gloves will be available if you do not have your own.

Waivers are required for each event, and each participant. Please email friendsofepparks@gmail.com for a digital copy of the waiver ahead of the event. Print copies will be available on-site.
