Stand Up Paddleboarding for Women
Join Outdoor Recreation School instructors to learn the fundamental skills and versatility of stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). You will learn about the equipment, how to paddle safely in variable conditions, basic strokes and the many ways to enjoy the board from laying, sitting and kneeling to standing. Experience getting off and on your board in the water with confidence. For people new to SUP and those looking to improve their skills. Women, femme and non-binary folks are welcome at this program. Equipment provided. Registration required by two days prior.
