On a foggy yet beautiful Sunday morning, Dec. 15, Fat Pants Brewing Co. brought holiday magic to Eden Prairie with its Breakfast With Santa event. The brewery, known for its community spirit and welcoming vibe, transformed into a cozy winter wonderland filled with excited families, the smell of pancakes and the sound of kids squealing with delight.

The biggest win? No lines to see Santa. For parents used to the chaos of long waits, it was a dream come true. Kids lit up as they greeted Santa, posed for photos and shared their holiday wishes — all without the usual hassle. The $15-per-adult and $10-per-child tickets felt like a small price to pay for stress-free holiday magic.

Pancakes with all the fixings

The highlight of breakfast was, without a doubt, the pancakes. Guests could load them up with toppings such as whipped cream, chocolate chips, sprinkles and caramel drizzle – a treat for kids and grown-ups alike. Alongside the pancakes, families enjoyed scrambled eggs, bacon, hot chocolate and coffee, with fresh-squeezed orange juice and drinks from the bar available for an additional charge.

Holiday fun for the whole family

The brewery kept the atmosphere festive and laid-back, creating a space where families could relax and enjoy the morning together. Balloon artists crafted playful balloon animals and shapes that had kids beaming with joy. The holiday décor brought warmth to every corner, and with three spacious rooms, there was plenty of space for everyone to settle in and enjoy the experience.

What made the morning even more meaningful was its charitable focus. Proceeds from the event supported Best Christmas Ever, a nonprofit that helps families facing hardships during the holidays.
