Katherine Rose Koski of Eden Prairie, born on October 7, 1944, lost her battle with cancer on January 1, 2022.  She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, as well as a devoted friend to many. She was married to the love of her life John Koski for 57 years. She is survived by her husband, John, daughter Nancy (Koski) Bergstrom, son-in-law Shawn Bergstrom, grandchildren Nick and Hailey Bergstrom and her sister Roberta (Bailey) Corder. Larry Ellsworth Bebler, 82 years old of Eden Prairie, passed away on Tuesday, June 14. He is preceded in death by his father Elmer, mother Bernice, his wife of 52 years Karen, and his beloved son Brian. He leaves behind his older sister Barbara Dahl of Seattle, his oldest son Kevin, and six grandchildren — Madeline (Alex), Georgia, Ava, John, Mary, and Tommy. Eden Prairie’s new 4 million gallon water storage reservoir has been nominated for the 2022 Top Tank Award. The city is encouraging you to vote for your favorite today. Two former members of a University of Missouri fraternity have been indicted for a hazing incident that left Eden Prairie’s Daniel Santulli blind and unable to walk or communicate after drinking a liter of vodka, according to an Associated Press (AP) report. A Boone County (MO) grand jury June 17 indicted former Phi Gamma Delta fraternity members Ryan Delanty and Thomas Schultz, both of St. Louis County (MO), in the hazing that occurred in October 2021, according to the report. Motorists on one of Eden Prairie’s busiest roads will face disruptions beginning Monday, June 20 through mid-July for repaving. Flying Cloud Drive (County Road 61) will get a fresh coat of asphalt during a project that will extend through the end of July, according to Hennepin County. Crews will start work with full, directional closures between Pioneer Trail (County Road 1) and Technology Drive. One direction of traffic will be closed at a time.
